James L. Edmunds

James joined the firm in 2009. James was born in Seneca, South Carolina and raised in Silver Spring, Maryland. He graduated from James Madison University in 1993, with a degree in Psychology. He attended law school at Creighton University and graduated in 2007. While in law school, he was a member of the law review. He moved to Oregon in 2007 to further his legal studies, receiving a master’s degree in Environmental and Natural Resources Law from the University of Oregon in 2008. Before law school, James had a career as an elementary school teacher. He enjoys cheering on the Ducks and exploring the West with his wife, Kristy, and their two children.
